IIRC, military bases are "soft" targets b/c of rules on people on base carrying.

What I mean is there are definitely weapons around and people trained on using them. Reaction time just seems like it should be easier/faster at a place like a military base, rather than some random place like a mall or school or whatever.

Drill was supposed to start at 9:00. The person firing blanks started at 8:00. Everyone thought it was an active shooter. It wasn't.

lol yeah right it’s a military base, worse it’s a af base there is not help except from mil police and local 1st responders
