In the complaint, which you can read in full here, the fan is also asking for the following:
A retraction of the slanderous statements made about Shedeur Sanders, along with an apology for any harm caused to his reputation.
Implementation of fairer practices in the drafting process to ensure that talented players are recognized and given opportunities based on merit.
Any additional remedies the Court deems appropriate, including compensatory damages.

As a CU grad I just realized that I've been feeling at least 7 figures worth of agony since the draft.

Can Saints fans sue the NFL for the fraudulent 2018 NFC championship game???
Didn’t someone actually try to do that?

Im no legal expert, although i would like to think i am and like to dabble into law every now and than. Im perty sure there is no legal grounds to sue the nfl in this case. In fact, in my not so humble opinian, i think this might have set up the nfl to counter sue this fan on the grounds of defimation and frivolous lawsuits! Could set the owners up for a mighty fine pay day when its all said and done. However!, it could also be a ploy from the nfl. It does say anonymous after all. Might be a classic boy who cried wolf situation to insite a counter suit led by the nfl and they end up loosing money! What a wild story this will be to follow im sure!

Any lawyer taking on that case, should have his law license looked at for disbarment

The NFL is in court documents stated entertainment. This fan’s experience is subjective and doesn’t represent most fans who may have been entertained. The fan didn’t have to watch the program. The case will be summarily dismissed with no merits.

I can sue someone for having hazel eyes. Doesn't mean it will get past a judge laughingly throwing it out of court in 10 seconds. This is a nothing burger being reported to get clicks but I guess it's news ...
