That’s one interpretation.

I wish DOGE would leak this guy's grift from welfare and how much money he has actually made with an honest job.

Who among us hasn’t been accused of being in MS-13 in court?
It could happen to you!!!

ABC News - "That court filing was photo-shopped"!

I am not claiming he is or was in fact not a gang member, but are you honestly using the testimony of her ex-husband, whom she was domestically abused by, trying to get custody of his kids away from her as 100% reliable as honest and true?
Here in lies the problem with most of y’all’s approaches to this. You accept any shred of talk or info that will help your argument as true. You are doing exactly what you bitch about the left doing when it comes to twisting “facts” or buying anything as long as it supports your argument.
Guy may very well be a gang member, as I have said, but this in no way is legitimate evidence confirming it

The gang member issue is a moot point.
He's an illegal alien and he should be gone and he is.
Do this again 2 million more times.

He’s not coming back.

But when he got back to Venazuala it didn't say that

Maybe a hand tattoo? Oh wait that’s been done and they’re saying it’s fake. They just lie and move goal posts

I’m serious though. Short of the guy coming out and saying he is in MS13 what would it take? As you point out he has tattoos, he was arrested with known members, a CI identified him as a member, when he was arrested he was wearing the “uniform”. A rational person puts that mosaic together. But it’s not enough for some. So what is enough, what would be confirmation for skeptics that this guy is in MS13?

His asylum claim was based on the threat of rival gang retribution.
The government of El Salvador has also confirmed his gang affiliation.

They are lying. He has symbols representing MS13 on his knuckles. Trump showed a photo with FBI evidence labels showing what each symbol means and the media lied and said he “photoshopped” it.

The mob and many criminal organizations have been taken down with less circumstantial evidence. People convicted of murder with less actual proof.
There's enough there to lead one to assume this guy is guilty of being a member of MS13. Or the most coincidentally innocent man in the world. Seeing the media and liberals lap dog for him tells me he's guilty. Again, they've shown us enough circumstantially that we shouldn't believe anything they say and if they like it, we shouldn't. It all comes full circle.

He has to physically have the official MS-13 ID card in his person as well as video evidence of him doing the official Ms-13 handshake with a known and fully authenticated MS-13 member. Both have to be up to date on their monthly gang dues or the membership is null and void.
