Every motivation for an actor has sex built in there to various degrees, and even as what is allowed on tv is expanded actors always feel like sex is going to be more restricted and therefore restrict their ability to express themselves.

The movie-going public are largely parents with kids, so frick-movies are not in the best interest of the studios in what is largely a dying industry to begin with. People can get their frick-footage online. They don't need a sex scene in a movie.
