La Constitutional Amendments 3/29

Im sorry I am having trouble getting a good link to these 4 proposed amendments. How are folks of the PT voting on these 4 amendments?
A lot of my liberal friends are posting vote no on all of them, so it has me wondering. However, #2 does seem odder than normal. It seems to be bundling a lot of issues into 1 amendment.
I've got a feeling there is going to be a very low turnout and a small amount of votes could swing the outcome.

I am definitely voting no on number 2. If they are going to make it big and confusing then I am immediately suspicious.
I think I am good with the other 3.

I voted no on all four. Amendment 2 is a cluster that could bring us all sorts of unintended consequences.

Took this from the Secretary of State's office. This translates all the legal jargon. I would vote "Yes" for all 4 for sure. Especially No. 2. Not sure why anyone would be opposed to that.
Amendment 1: Do you support an amendment granting the Louisiana Supreme Court jurisdiction to discipline out of-state lawyers for unethical legal practices in the state of Louisiana, and to grant the legislature the authority to establish trial courts of limited and specialized jurisdiction?
Amendment 2: Do you support an amendment to revise Article VII of the Constitution of Louisiana including revisions to lower the maximum rate of income tax, increase income tax deductions for citizens over sixty-five, provide for a government growth limit, modify operation of certain constitutional funds, provide for property tax exemptions retaining the homestead exemption and exemption for religious organizations, provide a permanent teacher salary increase by requiring a surplus payment to teacher retirement debt, and make other modifications?
Amendment 3: Do you support an amendment to provide the legislature the authority to determine which felony crimes, when committed by a person under the age of seventeen, may be transferred for criminal prosecution as an adult?
Amendment 4: Do you support an amendment to provide for the use of the earliest election date to fill judicial vacancies?

Even with the PAR report, amendment 2 is a cluster. I tend to abstain when I don't really understand the ramifications so the current plan is to not vote on number 2.

The advocate says vote no on #2. IN keeping with my policy I will therefore vote yes. It will reduce the income tax rate and make the state more business friendly. It is supposed to put us in the top half of the country Re: business development versus 40 something now.

Normally I vote no on all of them b/c all the legislators are are money grifting POS' who try to confuse us with difficult to read amendments.

I'm No on all four.
Those bastards need to learn to write one item amendments.
Lets vote on 20 single item amendments, not 4 omnibus pork filled amendments.

Given how Democrats have acted since Obama became elected, there's not a whole lot that I would trust them on to begin with.
FWIW, all of these amendments seem very reasonable and I am all for anything that lowers taxes and helps our state become more business friendly, which is it looks like this legislation is doing. I thought the dumbed-down version of the amendments helped significantly.
