Feels like a decent chance SLC gets one. They've got a stadium plan already in place for a team.

If they're using Stars they should go by Tennessee not Nashville. For some reason they're trying to look like the Brooklyn Nets when they already have a good color combo from the state flag to start with.

The Portland group just bought a bunch of land right on the river for a stadium, which would be very cool. Similar setup to Oracle.

A team in NSH will 100% work. I've said for years teams in Florida won't work, and it basically hasn't.
