Not going to dox myself. I'm self-employed. My boss is an a-hole and makes me work my arse off.

I now do emergency management consulting after 30 years in the military. I like it a lot. I set my own hours mostly....I'm pretty much my own boss. Lot's of flexibility. No weekends. So compared to the last 30 years, I have infinitely more flexibility and time off.
I've passed on other jobs for more money because this is so chill.

Not my job but Fleshlight has people who do quality control. I'm pretty sure they love their jobs.

I'd argue most civil engineering jobs are pretty awesome.

I'm in Quality Control at The Bunny Ranch Las Vegas .
I have to try out the new talent and make sure they are up to standards.

Nusing now. 3 12’s, having 4 days off a week and working 4 less hours than my old traditional 9-5 M-F is a dream. Plus I get the same pay and can make more if I choose OT.

I'm an attorney and I like my job.
Now, I also understand that I'm never going to be a baller given how I've structured things, but I am comfortable with lots of flexibility in my day to day schedule and I don't have to worry about too much stress or moral conflicts. As you want more money, you'll get a lot more stress, moral conflicts as well as less time/flexibility in day to day life.

Self-employed with a few companies I own or am partnered in.
Fractional CFO for a few companies takes a few days a week and I prepare about 30 tax returns through my boutique CPA firm.
Contract bank internal auditor with a partner and a small staff for a few days a week.
Bank board member for a few days a month.
CFO/partner of LLC that owns a short-term rental in Florida that takes a few hours a month of my time.
CFO/partner with my son of an LLC that invests in foreclosure rehab and rent of single-family residences that takes a few hours a month.
CFO/Partner in an LLC invested in a medical 420 takes a few hours a quarter.
Owner of a company that owns a 60 acre "tree" farm that "requires'" several days and long weekends in the fall, and a few hours a quarter during the rest of the year.
And I love the work and the pace that I have.

Men aren’t supposed to love their jobs

Two roles: Pastor of a small denominational church and Chaplain for a non-profit, which has no financial ties to any governmental entity, in assisting men and women with addiction recovery.
Spent 35 years in Healthcare which felt more like 50 as it was all inpatient - psych and idd
