Yes and likely lower. May take 3-4 years but we will get back to 5% or less mtg rates.

First Federal and Armed Forces Bank... might have been able to at Mutual of Omaha too, but I was good with two.

I've been ready for a new house and land for about 2 years now but we're locked in at 2.5% right now and that's pretty hard to give up.

La Capitol Federal Credit Union has a promotional 6.5% for 30 year conventional fixed, with NO points.

Only catch is i believe you have to put down 25%

I closed an 8% last June. Refinanced at 6.2% in September and I’m pretty sure that was the bottom before they went back up. Hoping to get somewhere sub 5 in the coming year or two.
