Ate at one for the first time in Denham last week. Now my favorite fast food joint.
Restaurant was clean, service was great (think CFA, Canes, I&O level), and food surprised (can only vouch for a shrimp po-boy and a cup of chicken & sausage gumbo). Was back on I-12 in like 20 minutes.
Only lite complaint is they skimped a little on the shrimp.
Anyone know if OTH plans to keep expanding. Looks like they're only in a small section of LA for now. Locations

Their Bon Temps burger is my favorite fast food burger (even if it is a a bit pricey).

Food is always really good at the Houma location. They are really good with catering also. Offer to deliver food if need be, throw in extras, etc.
And like stated above, their Bon Temp burger is delicious. Bread pudding is really good too.

They have a limited time wrap every so often that is excellent. They call it a Cajun-Rito and its a fried chicken and red-beans and rice wrap. Its freaking delicious and this ad photo doesn't do it justice.

Ate at the LSU location back when it was still open. Food was very good that one time. Service was HORRIBLE. Hopefully they rectified that.

They started out In Thibodaux. The owners use to own Cashios Catering and the Western Sizzler in Thibodaux. I never had anything bad from there.

My sample size is 1X but it seemed like a well-run joint. I think Katy, TX would be a great place for OTH to venture outside LA. Jus' sayin.

We usually get drive thru on a Friday night at Gonzales location if we just want something quick. The grilled shrimp wrap and cajunrito are really good. We've never been disappointed.

This thread is really interesting to me. I lived in St Charles in Houma 8-10 years ago when they opened there. We tried it a handful of times and it was absolute garbage, like have to throw it away and make a ham sandwich type stuff. I always thought the menu and concept were good so I’ll have to try them again in BR where I am now.
