It will take you about an hour to park and get a spot by the PMAC to watch the band come down the hill.
The PMAC will be open and is a good place to get out if the rain if it is raining.
The full pregame schedule on Victory Hill includes:
• 4:30 p.m. — Victory Hill Parade
• 4:45 p.m. — Golden Band from Tigerland marches down Victory Hill
• 4:50 p.m. — LSU Football Team walks down Victory Hill

My understanding is the growth of charter schools had a lot to do with these scores.
