Seems like each year the Boomers love to puff their chest out on Monday after the Super Bowl and crow about how they didn't watch the game and/or have never heard of the halftime performer. I've noticed this more and more over the last several years whether it is on TD, at the workplace, or the predictable cringy posts on Facebook, people 55+ love to make sure they tell everyone what they DON'T watch.

And it's not like I'm a Kendrick Lamar fanboy or anything, but I don't feel the urge to tell anyone around me how much I hated it. News flash Boomers- you aren't the target demographic for the halftime show.

I feel like everyone coming out talking about how he stood up to Trump doesn’t realize the show was planned months and months ago. Show was dogshit. That’s all I’ll say as to keep my posting privileges.

Just like in past years, I skipped the halftime show again this time. I don't care for the theatrics, and many of the performers. I utilized my time taking out the dogs, grabbing a snack, and listening to music that I want to listen to.

New music is garbage, that's why I only listen to bands with high IQ lyrics like "I've got big balls"

It was a cultural embarrassment. Everyone should feel shame over it.

Well they are right about the half time show this year. Usually in the past when the show was crap I at least could see why people would like it. This show was straight garbage. I didn’t even understand a single thing he said

Black people or people who like urban rap music

What are you trying to prove with your dumbass question?

This whole spat is stupid

If people can’t understand that Kendrick is a popular artist amongst the younger and urban crowd, then they’re stupid

If people can’t understand that older people don’t like Kendrick or his music, then they’re also stupid
