They should just ignore that Obama-appointed activist judge and the judge should be forced to resign for overreaching his authority then we should all get a chance to tar and feather him

Ignore the judge and force the USSC take this case asap.

Trump needs to channel his inner Andrew Jackson.
“Judge Paul Engelmayer has made his decision, now let him enforce it.”

I would settle for his inner Joe Biden. A court ruling never slowed the Democrats down. Look at student loans.

Obviously these are judges blinded by ideology. These judges will have to get their police force and prosecutors to enforce their opinions on the Executive Branch.

I agree with the spirit of this. It may even prove to be the best course. I wonder if Trump is just weighing the benefit of plowing ahead against the absolute apoplexy the left and the media will suffer while screeching about "Trump *is* a dictator, we warned you!" and "extrajudicial" actions and crying about how "no one is above the law!" We all know there is a segment of the relatively politically unengaged population that will be influenced by that.
Anyway, whatever he decides, I'm here for it. I don't think he's made any significant missteps so far.

While I agree this does seem like a set up to let the democrats scream fascist.

Reissue, change 3 words.
Have a followup with 4 different words for tomorrow.

I've been wondering...
If the 3 branches are equal. What is the equivalent of what these Judges are doing to the Head of the Executive Branch, that the President can do back to them?? If there's no equivalent, then what does the lower Judicial Branch hang their hat on??
For some reason this roughly feels like a middle mgr bypassing his divisions head (SCOTUS) to stop or tell the head of a different one (President) what to do in whats his realm.

There is an answer
Immediately file articles of impeachment against the judge - now there will be a trial with all of his opinions subject to review and scrutiny including this obviously unconstitutional order - make him sit through a trial and see what the democrats do to keep him on the bench.

This, including forensic investigation into the judges financial dealing, stock trades, offshore accounts etc.

This is the way.
Activist judges and the pursestrings that control social issues would bring down the facade.
Thats really all that needs to happen. Defend, remove professional agitators

So the Dem strategy is to force Lawfare to cause GOP to "ignore" the law while the media covers what they would not cover when Biden, Holder, Obama, Clinton, etal., ignored the law.
A showdown between Secret Service and Judicial Police and Prosecutors would hold tremendous entertainment value.

I know you are saying that the process would be the punishment, but it would take 2/3rds of the senate to actually impeach him.
It may deter future shenanigans.

Does the President no longer have pardon power? What is to fear from a District Court Judge?

JD used the analogy I posted yesterday.
Does he read this board?
