Usually whichever is closest to my house. There's a Napa near me but they never seem to be open when I need them to be. Usually drive to O'reilly's in New Roads or go to the one up the road from where I work. I'll order online from whichever is cheapest. Recently used Rock Auto and was happy with them. Advance Auto Parts has been great in the past as well.

I use Advance Auto parts. I'm not rebuilding engines or anything and it's close and they're pretty helpful. Decent rewards program.

There’s a brand new O’Reilly in Sterlington that is handy. I had to get a license plate bulb for my truck yesterday.

Rock Auto by a landslide if you don’t need it immediately. For local, O’Reilly has a better inventory than Autozone.

O'Reillys, NAPA and Rock Auto. I have an older car and the latter 2 have the best selection of parts. BTW many of the parts have a lifetime warranty.

After taking a whole morning to remove a brake booster, bring it to AutoZone, get the new one, install it, and then find out it was defective reman....I only got to O'reilly or NAPA now.

Autozone is most convenient for me. But if I am spending any amount of money, I tend to shop price, including online.

If I can wait a couple of days Rock Auto. If not, usually go to O'Reilly's. If O'Reilly's does not have what I need, NAPA.

Auto Zone or O'Reilly's.

They are both about the same distance from me. But, I normally go to O'Reilly's because it's easier to get in and out.

Auto Zone was started in here in Memphis, but O'Reilly's is just easier.

I have the perception that Oreillys is better. But I realize that it may only be a perception.

Advance Auto and AutoZone stores just have that feel of a cheap, glittery, gimmicky auto section at walmart. Probably just the high ceilings and bright lights.

I like my parts store to feel more like a dive bar.

Napa in the little town I live in. It’s super close. It’s also owned by a local guy that is in there every single day. It’s not always the cheapest but has great service.

Which ever one has the parts I need ready to go.

Autozone is the most convenient for me, its not my favorite, its just on the way home so I use them the most.

If time allows and I don't need the parts right away, on-line is the way I go.

If needing them now, any parts store will do if they are in stock. There was a Pep Boys close to me but they shut down and the nearest is now an Auto Zone so I usually go there.
