Honestly, if they don’t get Moore, I think they might go with Kafka. I think they would have hired Rizzi already if they liked him.
But this tells me they’ll announce Moore after the Super Bowl and everyone kind of knows it’s him.

Moore is the only guy left thats had real interest around the league before. So I dont know why he'd take this job either, at this point.

It really makes you think, is this what happened last time and how we ended up with DA. If the plan was DA all along, they could have done what Dallas did and just announced DA. But they interviewed a handful of guys, have links/rumors to a bunch more, then ended up with the “lazy hire”. With the way the rumor mill and process is going this year, should we start to question if this also happened back in 2022 but they just did a better job of keeping in quiet

Keep in mind this might have been who they had their eye on for a while. Rules meant they couldn't in person interview till this week - they previously did a zoom interview with him.
It makes sense with people dropping out especially McCarthy - they allow him to save face. Now tale tell to me is Rizzi goes to Broncos as STC but I think we will sit here day after Super Bowl with Moore as our HC.
