Anyone else just love buffalo sauce?

Wife says it’s too spicy, but I’ll take it on pretty much any protein aside from beef. Air fry buffalo thighs have been my savior over the last month of whole 30
Shrimp, chicken, dip, wings, you name it. Anyone got a particular buffalo sauce they like the best?

DIY buffalo sauce is fairly easy. Butter, hot sauce, cornstarch.
If buying, I use sauces from BWW you can find at Target or Walmart.

Just straight Louisiana Hot Sauce is the way to go. Don't need to add anything else. Toss, dip, douse, all of it.

Their brand buffalo sauce is good too. I, too, have an unhealthy relationship with buffalo sauce.

I have very little self control when it comes to buffalo sauce.
I could have my mind made up at a restaurant on want I want to order but if I spot a buffalo sandwich then I’m ordering that.

Cut some skin on wood duck breast in strips, dredge in season flour, deep fry and toss in buffalo sauce. Eat hot. Quite possibly the greatest thing on Earth. Deer steak like that is pretty killer too.

Agreed. Louisiana hot sauce makes a pretty good buffalo sauce as well

I eat the Just Bare chicken nuggets from Costco with Franks Buffalo sauce and pepperjack cheese at least 3 times a week. Super quick and delicious weeknight meal

I went to Rouses a few days before it stormed to get things for gumbo and crawfish etouffee. I walked away with a tray of buffalo chicken nuggets (chunks) from the hot bar and I didn't even think twice about it. I read "buffalo" and bought it.
