LINK to the bill
SIAP -I kid you not, a senator in Mississippi has filed a bill that says it's illegal to spill your seed unless it's to create an embryo.
If convicted of random masturbation resulting in an illegal spurt of "genetic material", fines are:
1st time - $1000
2nd time - $5000
3rd time - $10,000
what in the ever-loving frick is this guy thinking?

Dem state Senator.
"In a statement to WLBT News, Blackmon wrote, “All across the country, especially here in Mississippi, the vast majority of bills relating to contraception and/or abortion focus on the woman’s role when men are fifty percent of the equation.
This bill highlights that fact and brings the man’s role into the conversation. People can get up in arms and call it absurd but I can’t say that bothers me." "

This would be reality with a president like Huckabee or Santorum. Religious nut jobs. Trump has the support he does because he's not a typical GOP fundamentalist.

Does he think every guy has Elon money?

Why don't you do a search of my posts and find just one post of me speaking positively of a liberal.
Some of you can't stand the fact that there are non-religous (but believe in God) conservatives who finally have a voice in the party thanks to the likes of Trump, Rand Paul, etc. People who actually want limited government and not a theocracy.

Quote: 2) It shall be unlawful for a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo
This is bad news for the homosexual males. Wonder what the alphabet community will say about this bill?

Isn't that the fault of feminists who have shouted down men for decades and told them they have no say, just responsibility, when it comes to this kind of thing??
