I'd love it as a DC resident.

The Lions are a cursed franchise, but at the same time they are so good in spots that not even a curse may matter.

I think it's really close, but I fear Detroit pulls it out.

Took a miracle turnover for them to beat Tampa Bay. They're not beating Detroit.

Just to clarify, we are talking about the same Commanders who gave up an average of 137 yards a game rushing going up against Gibbs and Montgomery?

Yeah, sorry, don't see it happening.

Washington is not beating Detroit, they are just too good this year. It's impressive enough that Daniels got a playoff road win as a rookie. Great result for his first year

meh, the Bucs really couldn’t stop them and they’re lucky Quinn is a dumbass had more yards and won the time of possession battle 35 to 25.

Eh, the Skins (yeah I said it) have a Dan Snyder curse that can now be lifted.

Washington had the ball the entire game. It was a weird game but it really felt like Washington was in control.

Bucs beat the Lions this year for FWIW.

I agree tho, Gibbs is gonna destroy them. DMo pulling a Greg Jennings too.

One side of the ball has way too many questions for the “too good” label. At some point over the next 1-3 games that offense is going to find itself stymied and if the walking dead on defense don’t make plays while they regroup they’re not L-proof

But it’s probably not going to be the 3rd worst rush defense that knocks them out. WAS would have to be clinically efficient on offense ending drives with 7 and holding DET to 3 to have a chance

The Lions D didn’t suck when they had their guys, some of which are starting to come back. The Lions have a better chance of winning this game by 3 touchdowns than losing

Washington does as good of a job at keep away as anyone. I think they make it interesting. I also think the Lions are the best team in the NFL. Anything can happen in a single game scenario though.
