I would hope that after all this time, if nothing else, someone doesn’t truly believe that a random guy with a rifle pulled off the 3 shots?
It took till the early 2000s for a world class shooters, between snipers and competitions shooter, with tons of training and range time to pull 3 shots off with a bolt action rifle in the same time constraints.
Numerous shooters have tried and failed up until that point.
