Believe he may have been going back home but decided to go ahead and come straight from Oxford.
Either way, he's here early and they've got a great shot at locking it up...

If he left Oxford early that could be a good sign. Not sure how long he was supposed to be there. At least they didn’t lock him in where he didn’t come though. That’s positive. Would be a huge get

I don't think he left Oxford early. The visit schedule always seemed odd, because he was visiting Ole Miss, then a day off before coming to LSU. I imagine it was a simple misunderstanding about the dates, so he and LSU just reset the date for today, rather than having a hole in his schedule.

I know it has been *reported* that LSU has a Safety target on a current playoff team, but it's hard for me to imagine we don't take Cooley if we can get him.
