Are all Mormon people BYU fans?

I would assume majority of the BYU fan base is Mormon as they went there but what about those who didn’t go to BYU? Are they also BYU fans?
Do Mormons still root for BYU even if they went to the university of Utah? It’s like Catholics and Notre Dame but in a way smaller scale right?

No. I have several Mormon friends who are anti-BYU fans. More than I have Mormon friends who are BYU fans, in fact.
I also know a lot of Catholics who dislike Notre Dame, for that matter.

30-40% of their rival school is LDS; those schools do not like one another.

I live in Utah.
The majority LDS support BYU, but several LDS here support Utah instead of BYU.
It’s a pretty even split in these parts. Super underrated rivalry.

Just a few tidbits I ran across.
The student body is 99% Mormon at BYU. BYU is owned and run directly by the Mormon Church.
In contrast, Notre Dame is 82% Catholic, it is owned and run by the Congregation of Holy Cross, a French missionary order that is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church but not directly by the Roman Catholic Church.
The University of Utah is about 36% Mormon, and Utah State University is about 70% Mormon.

No one hates BYU more than Mormon Utah fans, especially if they are Jack Mormon.

Northern Catholic basically means you are...
White, Ancestors came through Ellis Island, and you root for Notre Dame.
No idea how this relates in terms of Mormonism, but it seems to be true of most northern catholics. I would imagine there is some of that out west.
