Favorite Louisiana restaurants within a 1 hour drive of NOLA

Outside of Orleans and Jefferson Parishes, what are your favorite restaurants within a 1-ish hour drive of that area?
Know some people in town and they want to take a drive or two. Doesn’t have to be “Louisiana food”, just good places.

I assumed Moscas was in Jefferson. I’m thinking more like down the bayou, Northshore etc

This. The grounds are very pretty and out of staters would like that. Have a drink at their turtle bar before or after dinner. It’s a surprisingly good bar.
Don’t go to Middendorfs. It’s not the same place that it used to be.

Probably something in St Tammany.
I used to have two answers to this question -
Lafitte’s Landing and La Provence, both now closed.

If you like a nice pappardelle and hate America, Del Porto fits the bill.
