Best Natural or Not, Libido Boosters

I'm in my 40s and Healthy don't drink Don't smoke, no issues in the Bedroom as far as needing Viagra or anything, just looking for something that can maybe boost the appetite and desire like it was in my 20s.

Improve diet. Cut out junk food. Eat more meats and vegetables.
Lower your body weight
Start lifting weights or doing body weight exercises. Build some muscle
Walk more through out the day. Try to hit 10k steps a day

Would start with getting lab work done.
If you are doing everything you say you do, it might be time to hop on TRT.
The natural supplements that claim to increase sex drive or increase testosterone have little to no data backing it up. Big waste of money

I feel really good, just looking for boost,
Just changes naturally as you get older.
Wondering if there are any products men use to get that edge back to some degree.

A lot of people were on Boron as a supplement for this a while back on the board. I started taking it but didn’t really notice much and stopped.
Testosterone is the obvious answer, though.

I'm also 40 and still have a very "healthy" relationship with my wife. Here's the advice I give my friends who are in your boat.
The more you do it, the more you (and she) will want to do it.
I'm not joking either. This is serious advice. Just make time for it. Not, oh we have to go do it now, but romance her like you did when you were kids. Take her on dates, buy her flowers, surprise her with small things. Put the kids to bed early and put the phones away. Never stop dating her, EVER!

The better REM I get the higher it gets
Also morning wood is caused in REM sleep
I’ve always had pretty high levels and it drove my soon to ex wife crazy
But now that I’m single it’s through the roof like it’s some biological change to go frick everything
I get my testosterone also tested every year through work and it’s over 100 higher than it was in 2022.
