Many clearly understand that Kelly won’t be fired no matter what happens these last 3 games. Even if LSU loses the next two and the bowl game, finishing the season 6-7 after a 6-1 start, he will not be fired.

With that said, while he is a major issue, his staff is really the biggest one. Two unqualified co-OC’s that are going to be lifetime position coaches as currently seen need to be demoted, and a real OC brought in, possibly one with TE experience since our TEs did next to nothing outside of Taylor. OL coaching needs a shake up too.

On the defensive side of the ball, mainly need a new safeties coach or get a full time LBer coach and let Baker shift to Safeties. He’s coached them before and cannot be any worse.

Hire a legit special teams coach in place of the shitty TE coach.

With those changes and some luck in the portal, things can maybe get turned around. Without them, it will only be worse next year.

So Les and O were right about Corey Raymond I see. Dude can't even coach CBs anymore. Where are his loyalists at now? Why isn't he criticized more?

I understand your thought, but BK making $10mm a year and people bitching about players making a fraction of that, we're going to fire or move all the staff with buyouts and hire new staff with more guaranteed contracts?

This is on Woody and BK. You made your bed. I'm an accountability type.

That's on them to fix. Throwing more money at it doesn't == success.

He is a bigger issue than the staff.

Raymond coaches the CB not the Safeties. Our Safeties coach is Jake Olsen who has mostly coached LB and has very little experience coaching the safeties. Baker brought him back with him from Mizzou. Both coached at LSU previously but I think Olsen was an analyst at LSU before going to Mizzou. This is why the Safeties look terrible and are the weakest link on defense. That’s on Baker & BK!

I'm not ready to blame Olsen on that shite show. 2 of those safeties have had multiple position coaches (Olsen and Cooks) and defensive coordinators (Baker, House and Jones). Burns has studied under Kirby Smart and whomever his position coach was there. Both of those players are still struggling. Maybe it's not coaching at this point when it comes to some of these players

He JUST shook up the entire defensive staff. I don’t know what the problem is but we’re not doing another shake up there until at least after next season that I can promise you. And I still think Blake Baker is a great coach.

I feel like our problems come from the top.

But it IS coaching that no one else has been able break in or used.

Just like a big criticism about Brad Davis would be why do the first guys off the bench look terrible?

CBK is 6-4 with one of the most expensive staffs in the country. And according to his supporters, only LSU faces injuries and turnovers.

There is simply no excuse for this shite show other than poor management. CBK is a shite ceo and should've never been hired.

We need a new AD first though. Woody is liable to give some bum a 200 million guaranteed after BK

He already shook up the staff and actually the staff is fine, its the talent...the past two seasons they have lived and died with the portal transfers to fill the gaps...this past recruiting class and the next is where it needs to start paying off for next season or shite is going to get real hot for BK...

The admins at LSU need to stay out of his business with regards to his coaching staff.

We gotta get rid of the lazy loser sc coach. Our guys aren’t competing against Bama at all.

The best thing we could do is get crazy Scott Cochran back into sc

I'm so fricking sick of constantly having to change staff for these "CEO" coaches. When will it become the head man's fault?

If you have to force hire assistants for a 100 million dollar CEO coach you have bigger problems.

Sadly we have too many position groups with personnel that simply can't execute their assignments. Whether it be physical ability or FB IQ, they just don't have it.

Year 3 and we’re already in late stage Miles mode where assistants keep falling on their swords to deflect from a substandard HC.

I would be shocked if Kelly demoted or fired Joe Sloan. He is really not the issue. Has he made some errors? Sure but of all the issues that have come from this season the OC is the least of the concerns.

The talent gap at key positions is hurting the team. The lack of depth at the DL is also a glaring issue. DBs outside of Zy Alexander are not good. I think the Sage Ryan experiment needs to end. He doesn't even try. At least the other two safeties give an effort and just don't make plays but Sage gives up and doesn't make any plays.
