I seriously doubt they are even talking to Coaches yet, and they have to go through the whole Rooney Rule charade

It's a win win.
If we get worse? Good
If we get better? Good

After we inevitably fire Kiffen, let’s hire Jack Del Rio. Then we can have a trio of failure Raiders retreads

There you go Nelson, I gave you your click.

I like the part of your article where you state he needs to move up to the NFL because he's taken a step back in college.

For Kiffin a move to the NFL makes sense to advance his career as Ole Miss has taken a bit of a step back this season

As another poster stated, they haven't started talking to coaches. Can't interview any NFL coaches until after the regular season. Also need to interview at least 2 minority coaches if they go outside their current roster. But sure, let's just state its Kiffin for clicks.

FYI, fix your title.

On that note- Gruden is probably in the mix to be a real candidate

Any of them would be better than Josh McDaniels
