why the frick would we want yet another retread suck arse HC from the Raiders? it amazes e people bitch when we sign a raiders player, but is ok to go get another loser Raiders coach - and bitching about the one we finally jettisoned.

Hell no.
But just so I don’t start a new thread.
One thing you can not deny about Darren Rizzi is that he is prepared for a HC position. You can tell he had a lot of HC ideas and plans already prepared and waiting for the opportunity.
Not saying he’s going to succeed but he’s obviously prepared for his shot and he’s coming out swinging.
I love his fire and enthusiasm (and apparently so do the players).
ETA and only look at those ears tells you that you better be on point if you try to test him. lol. He ain’t not easy win.

I always wanted to see him get another chance he was sabotaged in Oakland. He wasn’t that bad of a coach I’ve seen worse.

If he screws up and wins a few games and costs them a top pick, it would be the most Loomis thing ever.
