Judges reject GOP overseas ballot challenges in Michigan, North Carolina

Latches. Just like 2020, the courts won't hear these cases, the won't look at evidence. They will use procedure to avoid it.

and yes, this could have been brought up 4 years ago, were not gonna tell people theyre not eligible to vote anymore and need to find a new way, 3 weeks out.

Why would non-residents of North Carolina need to register to vote in North Carolina?

It’s more likely that they got wind of an avenue being used for fraud and filed a lawsuit against the avenue.

Are you saying a law that allows an 18-year-old living in Costa Rica whose family moved away from Michigan when the 18-year-old was 14, should be allowed to vote in Michigan still?
I mean I guess if they promise they’re coming back to the US, but this isn’t a slam dunk non fraud.
Like how would that 18-year-old get registered to be on the roles in Michigan?

If you vote absentee than you need to have your ballot in on the deadline. I sent mine in and it was received last week.

Unless you are paying taxes in that state as an expat, you should not be allowed to vote in that state. You should be a current and active resident. Plain and simple.
If you are traveling abroad for work short-term (< 1 year), that is different, but unless you are an actual resident of the state, your vote should go into an unassiciated pool.

Mail in ballots should be accepted to two weeks before election day. After that no more can be accepted. Anyone that's says otherwise just wants to be able to cheat

Parentage should have nothing to do with someone being eligible to vote. If you are an adult and have never lived in a state as an adult, then you should have no say in how a state is run and thus should not be eligible to vote.
