Huddleston was identified entering the U.S. Capitol building at about 3:08 p.m. on Jan. 6, 2021, via the Senate Wing Door. After entering the building, Huddleston made his way toward the Crypt and later exited the building at approximately 3:24 p.m.
Ho Lee shite how did they let someone like this walk among us for three years

The left is a real threat to democracy they are holding those on the right as political prisoners.

What a complete waste of taxpayer money. 3 years of effort.

What has his political affiliation.

Well, if they tracked his cell then this will be thrown out. Hell it should be thrown out anyway, I sorta think a 66 yo man has paid enough taxes that he owns part of that building

So they arrested him for just walking in the building and walking around, then out... I can understand if he damaged stuff or stormed the house floor, but could I not visit the capital today and do the same?

I was watching CSpan that day....guards absolutely let people into the capitol bldg. Not bum rushed style, but...removed barricades ( and these were like traffic /street kind that just interlock...not bolt) and open the doors and people calmly walked in. So there wasn't a fear of life thing...

That is just one part of his charges.
He also pushed back on a police line.
Either way, three years later????

So he walked through the Capitol Building for 16 minutes and they spent 3 years worth of time, money and resources to track him down and arrest him for it.

I know I feel much safer now knowing this dangerous criminal is finally off the streets. Glad to see they are doing the important work of making America safer.

Please define "pushed back". That could literally mean nothing more than "hey, quit pushing me" and giving them a shoulder shrug.

Like the Gaza protesters. And the BLM protesters, And the Chicago protesters last week. And the Kavanaugh protesters.

this is going to end up like the Israelis arresting and prosecuting 103 year old Germans who were E1s in 1945 and walked by Treblinka once.

How much in taxes do you have to pay to get out of fighting with police?
