Why do women support the LGBT stuff so much?

Not that I have a problem with them doing so. But it would be the straightest women who desperately want to insert themselves into that culture and be part of that community.

My opinion is that propping up and supporting effeminate men advances the goal of combatting what some perceive to be "toxic" masculinity.

I would assume it’s due to women typically not feeling completely confident with themselves and gravitate to others who can make them feel more comfortable.

Because straight women tend to generally hate each other. Most of them have no idea how to be friends with other women.
I've had two female bosses that disliked hiring women in the office because, "Women are just bitches towards other women and they gossip nonstop."

They all had some sort of gay best friend in high school. Or a guy they had a crush on who they assumed was gay because he didn’t reciprocate interest.
Mostly, I think they just think it makes them interesting to have gay friends as part of their human menagerie, and to identify themselves as “allies” against toxic male bullies.

I've never gotten the "support" term that's constantly thrown around I don't care what you are, if you need help, I'll do the best I can and I think most would do the same. Though I'm not to pretend like shite is normal and celebrate it with you. I'm not a woman though, so that doesn't answer the question.
