Women’s Gymnastics. Men’s Swimming, and Men’s Track and Field. The Big 3.
I will enjoy Golf and Basketball will be fun to watch with the world closing the gap on the Americans and the different style of play.
I will throw on just about anything Olympics related. Always makes for a great summer during an Olympic year.

Not answering your question directly, I know track is one of the main events but I honestly wish they’d show the field sports more. I enjoy those more than the running at 20 different types of distances.

Men’s 400 hurdles has gone from being a complete afterthought to being a prime event in the past two cycles because the three best athletes to ever contest it are all in their mid 20s.
I enjoy the 100, 200, 400, 800, and the two hurdles events the most.
Swimming is also fun to watch, especially the 200 meter events where you can really tell who is first, second, and third and if there are improbable comebacks. Also the 4x100 relays.
