swimming followed by women's gymnastics, then track & field
for me it started in the 80s-90s when they were our first non conference opponent and it could make or break the season.
Yes, it is super cheap, I have what is called a Valuable Personal Property policy from USAA for my diamond engagement ring and my watch. I need to update the appraisal on mine as the coverage is based on that amount.

It is a beautiful place but, not surprised that the condos aren't selling in this market with interest rates so high. I've been to both restaurants in the hotel and they were good but, super expensive IMO.
Talk to her doctors and try to get home health services including OT. My Mom had a great home health provider that sent a nurse to her home as well as someone to help organize meds and it's all covered by Medicare. OT can help with safety in the home which is important for dementia patients. It's rough, my Mom said and did a lot of crazy things that hurt me but, I know she didn't mean any of it.
Yes I would but, definitely would take more time off to travel more. Would probably retire earlier than planned though. I work from home though and my schedule is flexible. If it was an office job then hell no, I wouldn't work anymore.

re: Anyone ever do lasik?

yes, had it around age 30. Needed contacts/glasses again 20 years later but, I usually don't wear them my script before lasix was -2.5 in both eyes now it's like -.5. I also am old now and need reading glasses. Would definitely do it all over again. It is great but, it doesn't necessarily last forever.
Keep it fun. One of my kids swam in college and left the team after 2 years. At that level it is brutal on the body and mentally. Just like any sport at that level, it's like a full time job. It was much less expensive than other travel sports and the travel was minimal except for the higher level meets. I loved watching it though and didn't mind the meets even though they are LONG bc they aren't every weekend like other sports. We parents had a great time at the state meets. But, by far my favorite was the high school meets! The most expensive thing before they got to college was the dang competition suits that only last for one big meet if you are lucky. Club fees were not bad considering they were there twice a day every day almost except for Sundays.
that was the worst scoring I’ve ever seen in a meet. Geaux Tigers
I don't dismiss them at all just try to be respectful and sometimes forget. I don't list mine though on social or email. I'm in cybersecurity which attracts more creative types and there are a lot of interesting characters. I spent over 20 years in more traditional infrastructure tech and that was way more conservative. We live in interesting times so I just try to roll with it.
4imprint.com appears to have them available. I have used them for logo shirts and other items in the past.
no problems today at the office or cell both AT&T.
lunch was tuna salad with crackers and a sliced avocado.

If my lab results say I am deficient in something important then, I take that vitamin or mineral. No point in paying for supplements you don't necessarily need unless, there is some benefit in doing so that is documented that you see benefit from. With that said I take Zinc, Boron, Vitamin B injections, aspirin, magnesium, and a probiotic each day from highly quality vendors like Seeking Health, Metagenics, etc. I have the MTHFR gene a double mutation and have regular labs done to monitor my levels as this gene does effect absorption. I OD'd on Vitamin D and had off the chart levels and that's not good either after being deficient for a long time so I'm off that for now. I'm also on all 3 hormones E, P, and T. At a certain age I decided to prioritize my health and make sure I optimize everything. Feel better now than I have in years.
I would argue it was the combination of the two. They were the first duo of professional coach and AD at LSU. I knew the first time I went with my Dad to hear Saban speak at the Gridiron Club lunch right after he was hired, he was different. His level of professionalism was refreshing and all business. He was one of the first to implement a process and method to coaching. His first order of business he said that day was to lock down the talent right in our own state and that he did. Previously was just a good ole boy network and LSU was not national championship caliber. Mark Emmert was our first real AD that wasn't a political hire. I loved everything Saban stood for and what he did for college football. Emmert deserves a lot of credit also for what he has done too.
NVDA, LLY, NVO. LLY and NVO due to growth in the GLP market reach with their recent partnerships and expansion overseas. NVDA because for some unknown reason, they keep on going. Overall, I'm going to stick with the bigger names in 2024 and stay away from the speculative ones. I don't seem to win on those - SLI, AUPH, TELL, etc. I'm stuck with AUPH for now and regret it every day.

re: Dog Poop Etiquette

we even bought a little sticker sign off Amazon and put it on our trash can asking people not to put their dog poop in our can.... Doesn't stop them. I don't mind if it is before the trash is picked up but, ours is picked up after we go to work and before we come home at night and put the can up and it's empty, then especially in the summer we have your dog poop in our can stinking it up until the next pickup. Please take your poop home with you, please.
