Dems across the board whining they can't just prosecute Trump without citing the constitution or statutes .
Never let anyone convince you dems care about any law or institution. It's all a weapon for power and they will lie and manipulate ruthlessly every step of the way. Marc Elias is ground zero for the "power at all costs and by any means" effort.

Their next move will be to have Trump jailed on the 11th, watch for a tremendous amount of SS activity at Rykers leading up to the 11th along with inmate transfers to other wings within the facility. These people are truly sick and evil.
