Be careful spraying a kid or pet with a water hose. Initially, if the hose has been in the sun, the water is scalding.

I laid mulch in between calls it is brutal. Ready to sit and watch some baseball in a couple now.

Yesterday at 95 degrees my wife said, "I think the A/C is broken".

Same. Ours straight up will not cool the house (or at least some parts of it) more than 20/22 degrees below outside temp. Which isn't uncommon in an older home.

My wife runs to the thermostat and wants to put it on 68 to "cool it down faster"

Not nearly as bad as Facebook. Every other status is “28° is better than 98°. I said what I said.”

When January gets here, you can simply switch the two numbers, and that will be inescapable.

Except it's not true. It sucks outside when it's 28 degrees. When the temp is in the 90s you can still hang out in the pool in the evening.
