Why don't we ask these idiots about their #1 Hero George Floyd
Biggest piece of shite in the US and the Democrats put up statues of him.
These people are morally bankrupt idiots, all of them.

Grrr…he violated NY state campaign finance law to influence the election.
Trump lost NY to Biden
60.87% to 37.74%
Worst influencer EVER.

I dig it when someone is actually required to back up their drivel, and called out. I would love to see that whole exchange.

The other crime: trust us bro. He did something.

If I had a dollar for every Democrat I hear who believes with a fierce religiosity in the infallibility of something they are completely ignorant of, I’d be in St Barts on my yacht right now.

They're all idiots, just like you, and all you're liberal mental midget friends

And who did he defraud and of what other crime was that alleged fraud committed in furtherance to meet the elements of falsifying business records in the first degree?

I don’t know but like he was literally convicted 34 times. It’s New York State law! And the judge said so!
That woman was an insult to the rest of the panel.

“I’m no expert.”
Yeah, no shite. This woman is a fricking moron and you didn’t even get to the best part of the interview where she calls UFC fighters “actors”
Seriously, SF smug Leftists have never spoken to anyone outside of their SF bubble and have never watched a moment of sports. Grade A idiot right there.

That specificity isn't required by the statute for a conviction.

We don't know, and will likely never know.
Now, as I have stated many times, the reason why the above statement is true (the jury instructions/rulings on the issue, specifically the non-unanimity issue) is likely going to lead to the conviction being reversed and sent back down for re-trial.
There are 2 easy options they can focus on though: (1) Cohen's crimes that are a matter of record and (2) NY state tax laws. If they paid me to run the litigation, that's what I'd do.

Convicted on yes but that jury heard one side piling on statements of that and the defendants side not allowed to fully defend. Charges of falsifying business records would be a misdemeanor normally and payable by a fine. To have Trump personally indicated they would have needed to show proof he knew or directed specifically, I haven’t heard that they actually proved that other than the conviction. You and the rest of the world knows that this whole charade will be overturned and was a stunt

And what’s the underlying crime? Falsifying business records is misdemeanor and its statute of limitations expired in 2019. Like what did he falsify them for and how did he do it? We still don’t have for that.

The electorate of the state of NY.
Meanwhile, lost NY 60.87% to 37.74%

I actually skimmed some NY appeals cases yesterday and I do not believe this is required.
