Weird that they won’t let someone defend themselves. I mean, they either approved lethal force or they didn’t, Smith just needs to acknowledge the truth and let the fact be what they are. If he did, though, the head of the Secret Service needs to have a sit down with him…

If this is the DC court they will comply with Jack. If this is the Florida court there is a decent chance Judge Cannon tells Jack to frick off.

As a sidenote, remember when CJ Thomas asked how he could be anointed, not appointed as a special prosecutor because he was not a federal employee at the time?

The FIBs never expected the lethal force memo to be unredacted or released. Judge Cannon played it straight though.
And now the FIBs are trying to manage the damage …. in a very stupid way.

I’d argue that the people would win. There is no way in hell an fbi commander or agents would want to fire on SS protection officers that are guarding an ex president. The only outcome would be a loss

Garland and Monaco went to the podium and said nothing to see here , the raid was SOP. Few saw this because few watch MSM news anymore.
So Smith the jackboot thug was ordered to silence Trump. If the DOJ are on the up and up they would have no fear of their tactics revealed.
