If prosecuting Trump was popular with the public they wouldn’t be trying this crap at every turn. They would love him talking about it. The fact they are trying to silence him shows Trump is crushing them and they are just trying to minimize it now.

I thought Biden's was completely voluntary, he called them and said, hey come get these classified docs.
Here is what is so sad at this point. The DOJ could create raid papers for Biden and retroactively stamp a date. They are such liars that they had to bring up Biden in Garlands presser, and it was a weak weak argument to say SOP and compare to Biden.

Side note: I was flipping through TV. Lester Holt was on his morning show on such and such alphabet station. He was advising May is National water safety month and had a whole spiel as if he was uncle Lester.

Thats the thing... Biden and his DOJ team of lawyers and special team of lawyers brought in: will claim executive privilege when Navarro sits in jail for this being denied of President Trump.
EP has already been claimed for the video of Biden's mental capacity while being questioned. Leading to Hur saying he is mentally unfit for trial.
Go one step further and the DOJ would release fake documents retroactively timestamped. Because we know by simple logic they don't exist as Biden was not raided it was "consensual."

Why don’t they just defend their decision with the people? Surely the decision to use the state to potentially kill your political rival and his secret service detail over documents was made with extreme care and attention to the law. Surely there was a reason for them to be concerned.

I agree. Let Jack Smith and the FBI explain exactly why this need for lethal force was requested and approved. We deserve to know. If Trump is this enormous risk to our country, spell it out. Tell us why. Bastards!
