Costello testified under oath Cohen said he had nothing on Trump and it was his decision to pay stormy. The Judge also shut him down during the entire testimony.

Won't be until after the election.
Clerk's office will slow walk preparing the record for the appeal to make sure that from next week until November, Trump will be a "convicted felon."

I'm fairly certain this is his entire intent. He knows he has no shot of winning this trial, so he's squeezing everything out of it that he can.
Honestly I think it's a brilliant move. The smarter libs of the world know what he's doing, see the polls, and are probably having fits because the NY AG is a fricking retard.
Trump still needs to find a way to end up in contempt and in jail for a few days for the ultimate coup de grace.
