It's just terrible that this judge can't be removed immediately for his gross mishandling of this trial.

How is Biden fit to run when the Inspector General said he did what he was accused of but is incompetent to stand trial?
He isn't, but all authority in place presently call Biden boss.

And it’s not like Costello is someone who doesn’t know law. He is a former AUSA and a partner in a well known firm. Not a hack like Cohen.
Mind you that doesn’t make him near the level of the usual suspects on here if you were to ask them… but a fairly knowledgeable person to know bullshite in a courtroom when he sees it.

It's not just the free advertising he's getting out of this, it's the exposure of their intent. They were way too obvious with bringing these trials all timed for the election. The trials they chose to create are obviously not worth any of this to anyone who's not a deranged psychopath praying for that man's death. So not only did they give him billions in free exposure, but they tagged onto that media train the narrative that they're everything he says they are and these are all fake and Democrats will basically do anything, ANY THING, to stop Trump. They will break all the laws. They will abuse all the power.
This lesson has not been lost on most folks. Luckily it still hasn't sunk in to the left yet that they've cut their own throats.

So does the pussy downvoter in this thread want to identify himself? Or theyself, don't want to get it wrong. This whole thing is an abomination. We have a DA and Judge literally making up laws and rulings that nobody has ever heard of, and because it's Trump people are discussing this whole thing like it's worth discussion. I honestly can understand disliking Trump, he's a jackass, but people should be terrified by our entire justice system being blatantly raped by these people. It's surreal

The legal profession is a cesspool. Apparently more so in New York.
Candidates for judgeships in NY are selected by a committee of left wing dem hacks. 40 years ago they were just middle of the road dems, but now they are radical leftists. These are the kinds of judges they put up.

In all the time I've been here, I think there are maybe two criminal attorneys. Possibly one has federal criminal experience. I'm not sure how many are admitted to the NY bar.
I read through these threads and am amazed at some of the things that get posted and possibly accepted as fact on here.

You mean SFP being a Lake Charles divorce lawyer doesn't make him an expert on all aspects of law? Someone probably needs to tell SFP.

It won't do any good.

SFP slips in enough generalities that are accurate, and also some things that can't be argued, so he gets away with it. He does intermix a lot of garbage in between all of that however.
This said my business and tax attorney is my friend. He bills probably over $900K and takes home $750K. He was a sole prop, but as he started to get older he didn't want all the headaches and joined a firm. I know his split is negotiated, and most attorneys aren't good enough to demand this type of split. He sits on the board of several insurance carriers, as do I, and has domiciled off shore captives. He is very good at what he does, and incredibly selectively about what he decides to take on for work.
He has NO time. Neither do I. No one at half or even a quarter of this income level has enough time to post as much as SFP does. No one.
Your business or practice is successful enough that it doesn't leave any time. The only other option is the business is so large, or so successful, you can hire someone to run it for you. Few ever get to the first option. Fewer yet to the second option.

SFP and his posts being the thing that speaks for itself.

The New York AG is a f**king retard.
She may very well be, but she did not bring this case. The prosecutor is the DA for Manhattan. Who may also be one of what you referred to or just a calculating, political sleazeball.
