What is the precedent for striking a witness's entire testimony?

I really think that the judge is angling for a mistrial. That way they can drag this out even longer.

Normal precedent is for a witness being irrelevant to the case.

A lack of decorum can play into it but tossing good testimony because someone eyeballed the judge is horseshite.

Mistrial kills this until after the election because there is no court time between now and November.

And coincidentally finding it would just continue the kangaroo court appearance being broadcast.

Everyone in the courtroom should stare at him and make funny faces at him. What a jackasswagon.

It seems the judges angle on shutting down Costello is that he doesn’t want Cohen’s character on trial. He want Cohen to be the life of and death of the case and other than Cohen himself you can’t prove he’s a known liar and crook when he’s the only evidence the DA has.

Problem is that Cohen has made enough problems for himself without Costello rebutting him.

Defrauding the Trump Foundation of tens of thousands of bucks and admitting it in court kinda fricks his credibility.

Facts are stubborn things.
John Adams

I will not let facts interfere with the rulings in this court.

Merchan’s actions

I'm not aware of any president for any of this against a former precedent.

Between the facts

-Cohen is a convicted liar
-Cohen admitted to grand larceny and was charged from the DA in order to use him to get Trump for a lesser charge
-Got caught lying under oath again, lying about the number of times he spoke to someone and most importantly him saying he called to confirm the payment when he later admitted it was about him being harassed by a kid.

Then the prosecution
-Has no book keeping evidence
- Only relying on Trump testimony
-All of their witnesses were just talking about how Trump didn’t want negative stories about him out unrelated to this

This case is a complete flop and am embarrassment

Yep. But it still allows the media to run with Trump is “under indictment.” And “How is someone fit to be president if they are under current indictment?!?!?!”

And will become a textbook example of how a judge with an agenda can shape a bad case to get a conviction that won’t hold up on appeal, as the judge can instruct the jury to where the only choice is guilty.

How is Biden fit to run when the Inspector General said he did what he was accused of but is incompetent to stand trial?

Costello testified under oath Cohen said he had nothing on Trump and it was his decision to pay stormy. The Judge also shut him down during the entire testimony.

The only reason he is able/willing to do this is that there is no recourse for punishment. There should be if the appeal process finds his actions to be Unconstitutional and/or malicious.

Am I missing something? How is it that Andrew Weissmann retweeted this? If non democrats leaked written testimony would they be in Leavenworth by dawn tomorrow?

Also Weissmann and Mary McCord (where have we heard that name before?) From what SFP calls the conspiracy Treehouse & boosie, jjnoles, Roge, ronricks, DEG, RonBots, and other democrats here, call the nuthouse. Which has been warning about Mary McCord & Lisa Monoco for years..

Weissmann & McCord wrote a freaking book on getting Trump & reposted the court testimony Trump is gagged from speaking about.

Weissmann reposted this...

I would like to kindly retain an eattorneypolitalk for pro bono in fees... to: please disinfect themselves and go to Andrew Weissmann's X page and tell us what he has been posting about Judge Aileen's case.

I can't get past his TRUMP BOOK as his backdrop to stay on his page long. TIA. I felt nauseous.

Wasn't Merchon the antichrist looking feminine eyebrow demon freak, suppose to give his decision on motion to dismiss today?

SFP wanted to DEFINE lawfare. Easy peasy. Here is the secondary definition.

When a group of lawyers that are very left of lenin and are diehard democrats, conspire to start a blog that is encompassed & aggregated daily by the MSM as facts.

They are so above everyone else that their shite does not stink and they have their very own insider reporter in the court.
