Joe Rogan Podcast with Bart Sibrel - who here believes the Moon Landing was a hoax?

Very interesting podcast and conversation with Sibrel. Was the moon landing a hoax? This is an extremely long podcast.
Sibrel interviewed Gus Grissom’s wife who stated that Gus, the day before his death, said the mission wasn’t going to be able to make the timeline and that he saw what he thought was CIA operatives messing around the Apollo aircraft that exploded with him and 2 other astronauts in it.
The van allen belt with the extensive radiation that would make it impossible with 1960’s technology for anyone to survive through it, much less live into their 80’s.
How can equipment survive the extensive heat on the moon. Polaroid pictures that would begin to disintegrate as soon as they are exposed to the surface of the moon?
The shadows from the pictures of the moon landing seem to contradict the moon landing and how true Sun shadows run parallel to each other vs different directions.
The flag that shows movement when someone, supposedly on the moon, passes by it.
The astronauts that filmed the earth through a looking glass window of the Apollo craft say they have the camera up against the glass when it appears they are actually pulled away from the glass and all of the light is off in the Apollo craft. This gives the illusion that the earth is further away then it actually is. The hoax argument is they never left outer earths orbit and went through the van allen belt but wanted to give the impression that they were 130,000 miles from earth.
Buzz Aldrin who apparently brings back what was claimed to be a moon rock that was later analyzed to be petrified wood.
Current AI technology has apparently analyzed the photos and said the pictures were a fake.
Elon Musk and other astrophysicist say that current missions to the moon would require 8 starship launches to fuel up a single moon trip.
This podcast goes through a lot of the evidence of those who claimed for it to have happened and gives some rather convincing conversation as to why is didn’t happen.
What do you think? I, for one, am very skeptical, especially considering some of the other things our government tells us that wasn’t true.
Watching the interview of the astronauts, made after the mission, makes it seem like they are at a funeral. It’s Very interesting to read the body language of the guy’s speaking.
Also, listen to Neil Armstrong’s cryptic speech for the 25th anniversary. Now here is a guy who first stepped foot on the moon and has done his best to become a hermit since then.

After Covid I do not believe basically anything the government says. That is not my fault either. It is their own fault I do not believe it. Their track record is TERRIBLE. Look at this small list:
-Kennedy assasination
-Iraq War second time (I actually was there in 2003)
-Covid
And the list goes on and on but those three are pretty huge. I ask people this simple question now. How many times does a person have to lie to you for them to become a liar?

Moon landing, flat earth, what else?

The government consistently lies to us today. They can get caught lying and continue to lie. They can get called out to their face and they will still lie. I don’t believe much of anything they say. Were they the same 60 years ago? I think so. So yeah, I’m inclined to believe we never actually made it there.

I question a lot of things, but not the moon landing.

Is there a link to this?
Don't you think if they're going to use BS moon rocks, they'd use something other than petrified wood?
Damn, you'd think they'd be smarter than that..
I looked it up and it turns out to be a "moon rock" from a Dutch museum they tested...
quote:
The Dutch national museum said Thursday that one of its prized possessions, a rock supposedly brought back from the moon by U.S. astronauts, is just a piece of petrified wood.
quote:
Rijksmuseum spokeswoman Xandra van Gelder, who oversaw the investigation that proved the piece was a fake, said the museum will keep it anyway as a curiosity.
NBC news
They even admitted it was fake...
Someone probably stole it and replaced it with petrified wood...or the ambassador gave them some bs as a memento..
This is a moon rock...
This is what they had in the museum...

The van allen belt is called the firmament.
No one can get through the firmament

It was a misuse of a term to use atmosphere. I merely saying the area around the moon.

So many people don't want to believe the government and TV have been lying to them for as long as they have been.
Posted on 4/26/24 at 7:48 am to Asleepinthecove
It's fake, if not why haven't we gone back with the technology we have now compared to then?

The damn is breaking. We are lied to on a daily basis but we don’t want to believe it.
Moon landing with the technology of the 60’s? Give me a break.

The government has lied about everything except 911 and the moon landing

Not so fast, my friend. The moon really does have an atmosphere; a very thin one, but an atmosphere none the less…
quote:
For a long time scientists thought that there was no atmosphere on the Moon, but recent studies have confirmed that there is one.
The very thin atmosphere, known as an exosphere, contains helium, argon, neon, ammonia, methane and carbon dioxide. It also contains sodium and potassium, which are not usually found as gases in the atmospheres of Earth, Venus or Mars.
Where this atmosphere comes from is still not known. Some theories suggest that the solar winds and high energy particles are stripping material from the surface of the Moon, while others propose that evaporation of surface material might be involved or even meteor impacts. It could also be a combination of all of these effects.
As for the premise of this thread, the notion the moon landings were fakes is absurd. You can use a telescope and see the evidence we did in fact land on the moon with your own eyes…

This is another reason to be skeptical. How many things have been invented since then? Technology has evolved to the point where everything we do or create seems to evolve and get better over time. Heck, we can 3D print stuff now but somehow with more technology in a cell phone than what NASA had back then we weren’t able to go back to the moon?

The first 5 minutes I was rolling my eyes but the guy has some good points.
Rogan asked if he would come back if he could get a NASA/space expert to debate him and he said yes.
That would be great. It’s definitely an interesting listen. I love hearing conspiracies, just to hear the other sides opinion. Doesn’t mean I agree with them.
