Leviticus 11:22
quote:

21However, you may eat the following kinds of flying insects that walk on all fours: those having jointed legs above their feet for hopping on the ground. 22 Of these you may eat any kind of locust, katydid, cricket, or grasshopper. 23All other flying insects that have four legs are detestable to you.…

I am not a fan and haven't eaten any knowingly or willingly, but apparently they are cleaner than pork.

No actual man would rather eat a cricket in lieu of pulled pork or pork ribs.

Just because the Bible says that we can eat bugs does not mean that I am going to do it. The Bible says we can stone people for adultery too.

Thankfully, we don't live under the Mosaic Law anymore, but the perfect law of liberty in Christ.

I'm gonna need lots of different sauces when the globalists switch me over to that bug diet.

Don't forget real "traditional" marriage and child sacrifice.

You have to take the Old Testament with a grain of salt.

Dude there's way worse stuff in the old testament than eating bugs.

The "bible" is not the menu I eat from.

Yeah. Gonna go ahead and assume all food from the biblical era....sucked arse compared to what has been introduced over the last few hundred years. Mixture of spices and cooking methods, I mean.

I was told as a kid that you could get trichinosis from eating under-cooked pork. A few years ago I ran across the info that not a single person in America has been diagnosed with trichinosis in the last 100 years.

Cajuns got this, until inflation raised crawfish prices, which is a concern

Even if the globalists ended mass food production tomorrow, they are going to have a hell of a hard time getting me to eat bugs on the regular.

Way too much wildlife around for them to police my every move. Hell, Mr. Green jeans doesn’t even get 10% of the poachers.

As long as there are cows, chickens, pigs here that's what I'm having.

Go knock you self out with a bowl of crickets.
