I was fired today. My boss had it out for me.
I've been looking for a while and there's nothing out there.
Pic to determine who’s at fault.
Sorry to hear. No matter who’s at fault it’s a change in your life. But you’ll get through it. Just minimize purchases. Don’t take time off, get up every day and spend 8 hours on job searching. Take breaks of course but treat your job search like an actual job. Take a morning shower and get dolled up like normal and you’ll feel better about yourself.
Good luck!

I've been let go twice and fired once. The time I was fired was because I called an old man an SOB. It was after he made me spend my lunch break walking behind a truck, picking up cross ties where we had laid pipe. Later that day, I was beating the dope off a pipe where they'd found a bad place, I was going to have to cut out. Some guy said something about how hard I was beating it. I looked at the old bastard and said, "You can doing anything if you get mad enough at a son of a bitch."
When I showed up at the office for work the next day a lady came out and told me they didn't need me any more.
I was the college boy working a summer job, and the summer was almost over. I got to hang out at Folly Beach for a week before going back to school.

Your first thread here in 2019 was about your husband losing two jobs.
I see a pattern with you people.

Sorry to hear that. Keep looking and download the Uber Driver and Lyft Driver apps and get that process so you can make income in the meantime.

Oh, why don't you bring up how elementary and secondary teachers get certified to teach. I guess she's unemployed, so she can student teach for free for months, but yeah.

I mean I was working for people that were known to be corrupt but they were well placed and getting away with it I wasn't unhappy with the parting
just made them even more assholish than they had been

I would not have been able to teach computer science (with 10+ years of XP) without not being paid for nearly a year in the early 00s. Two chemical engineers that worked for Dow for 30 years couldn't teach high school chemistry (in TX, admittedly,) and ended up in Juco. The teacher mafia is horrid.

Alternate Teacher Preparation
What exactly is an alternate teaching preparation program? An alternate teaching preparation program leads to certification as a teacher for non-education graduates. Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor`sdegree for entry to the program. Louisiana`s alternate teaching preparation programs were developed to address the shortage of teachers. Three types of alternate teaching preparation programs allow professionals and recent college graduates to pursue a career in teaching:
The Practitioner Teacher Program is a streamlined certification path that combines intensive coursework and full-time teaching.
The Master’s Degree Program is an intensive path that results in a master’s degree as well as certification.
The Certification-Only Program is for individuals not wishing to participate full-time or pursue a master’s degree through one of the other alternate paths to certification.
What are the prerequisites of the alternate teacher preparation program? Do I have to take tests? Prerequisites of each alternate teaching preparation program differ, but each program type requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Since Praxis exams are required for state certification, these exams are part of the admission standards as well as the completion standards of alternate programs. A complete listing of the Louisiana Praxis/NTE exam requirements can be found here.Students can contact the College of Education or private program provider of choice for other information regarding admission standards.
F you, don't get involved, someone that has actually done the work.
