Not really sure I give a damn about this Eclipse thing even a little.

Look I enjoy the heck out of science and interesting phenomenons but these eclipses don’t facilitate me like the rest I guess.
Maybe its because we have total cloud cover currently here in Texas and won’t see much other than darkness in the middle of the day for a bit.
I’ll look I’m sure.

I don't get all the fuss about it. Not like it hasn't happened before or won't happen again and not have any real impact on people's lives when they do happen.

Now, if a huge UFO were to land in Washington, D.C. and Klaatu and Gort emerged, that would be interesting.

Media and knowledge ruined eclipses. Woulda been cooler back in the day when you didn’t know when it was going to happen or what was happening.

There was very similar hype and media coverage 106 years ago. That's the point of my Eclipse Mania thread.

Getting ready to go lift. Not even stepping outside for a glance because I couldn't care less.

I gotta say I’m a nerd and here in Fredericksburg, Texas the neighborhood is alive with folks tailgating and having a great time. I’m enjoying the heck out of it currently. Many a beers currently being consumed.

The totality just went past. That was pretty awesome in my opinion. No clouds.
