This is the most water I’ve ever seen in Metairie from Something not named Katrina. Cars on the side the road everywhere, canals to the tips.

I remember the may 95 flood. That’s for sure the most rain I’ve ever seen in Metairie. This is up there though.

I was like 7 for the May flood but if I remember correctly it was a two day event. This was 7-8 inches in 7 hours.
