Just a coincidence I’m sure. I wonder how many bridges “fall down” after this…
Forward thinking...
It will weaken already rickety infrastructure (yes, like bridges), no doubt.
Traveling and in south Joisey -- felt it. The building shook like a sonuvabee. Thought there was bulldozer excavating the Hotel grounds about 20 ft away from me!

Im on Long Island too. I find it odd some of the lenghts here being described. 40 seconds and all that? I guess but not here. It shook me here in the middle of Long Island but for all of maybe 10 seconds, if that.
What is being underdescibed is the force. While I don't want to exagerrate, and I have seen the photos of the overturned deck chairs (I laughed, well done) it was not a really mild earthquake. I guess it depends on where you were but while it was not long my house really shook like to the point of me walking around to see if there is damage, it was really moving, that bad.
Hope everyone is ok!

Leticia is backed up against the wall and needs more time to figure something out so they pushed the button to giver her a few more days to figure out what she can lie about

You tin foil hat mouth breathers are something else.
Let me guess, you think it’s also just a coincidence that this happened right before the so called solar eclipse too.

I am 100% certain that it did. Are you not? If not, why? How do you think the two events, one of which won't happen for 3 days, are connected?

Still too many SUVs. Government needs to step in and do something about this.

Hard to make it outside when flat Earth starts shaking when you're on the 45th floor.
At least you should be safe from the tsunami way up there.

My plane is coming to Chicago from JFK…I’ve already had to stay over one night, now NY is having earthquakes that are keeping me from getting home!
