We're all here to help...
Shorts and Crocs. Backwards baseball cap.
But for real:
5 Pocket Pants/High Quality jeans
Polos and Button Ups, Solid Colored Tees, Button Short Sleeves are all the rage still
Pullovers, A couple of casual blazers, A sweater or two, a Cardigan, Flannels

Am I suppose to just have a few PFG button ups and crocs at this age for the OT uniform?

Whatever the F you want. Nobody cares about anything but themselves, why should you care what they think?

Apparently this is what you should be wearing

After work at home, gym shorts and t-shirt with comfortable shoes or sandals.
Weekend, either jeans or khaki/dark colored shorts with polo or t-shirt, all depending on what I'm doing.

Aren't you the poster who uses the term "heckin'"...?

It's true - a good portion of my family is LDS and I'm a great admirer of their efforts to refrain from swearing. "Heckin'" is a term used by several of my nieces and nephews and I enjoyed the wholesomeness so much that I decided to bring it here to TD.

31. For the most part, I wear jeans and hoodies as I have for the last 20 years. I've switched my shirts from sports-related to brand plain t-shirts though so I guess that's progress.
Business casual is button downs/nice pants, sometimes with a quarter zip

Are you kidding me???? My God, grow up and be a man. This! This is what’s happening to men in this country. Look at all the commercials making men out to be idiots, wimpy, kids smarter than the parents. Quit worrying about what your wearing, go fishing, cut down a tree, plow a garden, but for heavens sake grow a pair!

What all do you guys wear that are mid 30s?
I wore these shorts with a heathered grey t-shirt and top siders yesterday, exemplifying how little I care about the incoming downvotes.

Ralph Lauren size LT t shirts that were on sale
I have a couple perlis polos. A couple brooks brothers button downs. Mostly solid colors.

If you’re obese, yes.
If not, try clothes not made for obese people.

Are you feminine? What sort of male would ask this question?

I wear 7” shorts, t shirts, and dad shoes. I’m 35.
For work, blue or khaki chinos with polo. Quarter zip if cool.
When I get home at 4:50, I put on my pajamas.

Since transitioning from the office to working at home exclusively since early 2020, I can count on one hand how many times I've worn jeans, slacks or khakis in the past 4 years.
Sweats, t shirts, athletic shorts are my go to, with cargo pants reserved for those special occasions. I'm all about the comfort these days.

And yet we have an epidemic of trashy losers that "wear whatever the hell they want".
We groan over the American male losing any semblance of style or pride in dress, yet bash a young dude making an effort to figure it out.
