Probably in the throat. Yep, her immune system was already weak through incest. After learning of Prince Williams's escapades with her best friend Rose, it went into further decline. To really speed it up, her vaccine jabs did not help.

My Dad just died from cancer, and that's a harsh statement to make about anyone with it. She is a beautiful woman.

I haven't seen anything from a reliable source that indicates a cancer diagnosis. She has spoken about cancer for several years and visited hospitals as part of her charitable work. She has also been a vocal advocate for mental health and addiction treatment but does not have a problem with either.

She had major abdominal surgery and has started chemo, at 42 with young kids.

Kate Middleton seems to be a good woman. I read that she became the royal families ambassador to the Irish guards in 2022. She would go and have a pint or two of Guinness with them at a bar they meet at on St. Pats Day. Since she couldn’t make it this year she called the bar and picked up the tab for all the guard. I hope she beats it.
