According to the Rant that's a sign of a strong coach becasue he team never quit, much like our Fightin' Tigers never gave up when down by 20 points this year.

Fwiw I'm glad those Mcneese alum on here and lake Charles natives got to enjoy a good season. I know it's been tough sledding from a basketball program standpoint.

So McNeese loses to a member of the same way lower conference than the SEC, but LSU losing to a member of the Southland is the same thing… you bet champ.

Wade lost to a southland team his first season. But yet everyone dickrides that season when they made the NIT as well as we did.
Wade did great at McNeese this year no doubt, but the dickriding and glazing went WAY too far.
Give McNeese our schedule and let’s see if they go dancing.
Fact is most Wade nut huggers are basketball casuals who hop on bandwagons to support success. I wasn’t surprised at all Wade was doing well because:
1. The southland is awful
2. He is a good coach
3. They have the most talent in that conference by a landslide
Which is why I think it’s a little silly to treat him like a god when all he’s doing is dominating a low major… I know an LSU coach that had a 30 win season and multiple trips to the NCAAT at a mid major…

That guy rode a long established program which was built before he arrived. It was the dominant program in that conference.

I appreciate your love for LSU basketball, but defending McMahon because WW lost to a superior team with superior athletes isn't a good look. It makes you look like pirate king, which is a joke.
