Marion, NC. On top of a mountain in a gated community. It’s beautiful over there. Weather is perfect most of the year. Very peaceful.

$2M home on Marco Island, FL with a $2M boat to go back and forth to the Bahamas and the BVI’s.

Somewhere you can get a lot of land for $14m then build a 1.0m house on it.

so you want to become an immigrant somewhere, b/c of immigration here?
that is some interesting rationale...

Someone with 15 million can support themselves and not be a drain on tax payers or society. That's a huge difference. Its why places like Monaco will gladly let you in with that kind of money. Illegal Immigrants here just drain and waste resources. Don't believe me? Ask a police officer, teacher, or Emergency Room nurse. They will explain it to you.

Monticello UT
I drive through there several times a year and it intrigues me a lot.

For $15m I’m buying 2-3 great places rather than 1 excessive house.

I would buy farms in IA for about 14-14.5mil and a very modest home out in the middle of nowhere with a high fence around to keep the riffraff out with a full time caretaker for the grounds and raise my own garden and animals for meat.

For me, same sentiment but not so snowy. I'm thinking West Texas (Midland/Odessa) or northern NM (Santa Fe), outside of municipal limits. Isolated with lots of land for cheap, with amenities close by if I want.

You spend $200,000 on the home, and $14.5M on the land.
Okay, who is going to tell him?

NYC,
Only place I can think of where $15 puts me in a place where I’d want to live.
