Well, the only other spoken words between "10%" and "big guy" are "for the", so........ I would say that's a deadringer.

Faux News, WaPo, XiNN, NBXi, MSDNC, XiBS and NYT along with dozens of "current and former Intelligence agents" all assured me that this was 100% Russian disinformation.
They fervently proclaimed Bobulinsky [sp?] is nothing but a bald faced liar and a Russian asset, just like Donald Blumpf.
Why would Potato Joe's own son now contradict those esteemed towering pillars of righteousness and virtue?
Funny though, that he now admits that the messages that reference "the big guy" are indeed about Potato Joe, but apparently the parts of the messages where Potato Joe gets his cut of the money are somehow false. Crazy how that works.
