The GOP should get as much as they can from their incredibly weak bargaining position today and try to use the DEMs hanging themselves to strengthen their position in November.
What is your plan? Marginalizing the GOP, and giving the DEMs talking points for November, and giving the DEMs what they want? How is that a better plan?

What you and your ilk does not understand is that, yes We The People are pissed off and are willing to be washed in blood. In short, you are the one that is out of touch but think the majority of the population are the ones Koo Koo for Coa Coa Puffs. Its sad and hilarious at the same time

See that is a opinion. A terrible and laughable opinion. The GOP controls the power of the purse. That is a incredibly strong bargaining position. If they screw this up then their position in November will be even worse.

I fully understand a small population is pissed off.

You think Patriots are a majority of the population?

At least 74 million.

Then why don't they have more seats in Congress?
They're about 10%...of the GOP

Then why can't they win seats in Congress? Or one Senate seat?

Giving the DEMs all 3 branches in November is "worth it" when all you get back is virtue signaling?
Bro, this is the exact reason our Federal government is out of control. If curbing spending and enforcing the law on the border losses you 3 branches of government so be it. They need to stop bending over to appease these phantom voters the media makes up that are always used as a threat.

And there is the martyrdom I referenced earlier

If they weren't real, the GOP would control all 3 branches.

Remember the “Border Deal” guaranteed 2 million illegals per year every year forever.
It would be better to have no deal than that deal.

its a rather good position if theyre willing to hold out. and its much better than allowing dems an insanely strong position in november while giving them everything they want like your plan would do. theyd get to claim muh bipartisanship, aid to ukraine/israel AND solving the border crisis. moderates would
dems actually have a weak position here.
we have a growing sentiment that the border needs addressed, moderates are more likely on pubs side here. not funding ukraine would be rather unpopular for dem base.
this is actually a pretty big thing that could sway moderates. pubs have a good shot, or they could give it all away for pennies.

DEMs have already started flipping that narrative by claiming the GOP is obstructing the border deal that was negotiated.
If they continue to do this well, the GOP is blamed for the border. That "growing sentiment" flips and hurts the GOP.
I don't personally blame the GOP for the border issues, but I'm not your typical voter.

Again, the DEMs have a safe majority in the Senate and the Presidency
The democrats' majorities here are anything but safe. Go sell your gaslight bullshite to someone else. Republicans don't have to sell out to dems on immigration to keep the house. This is asinine on its face.

are you paying attention? The biggest, most powerful republican voting bloc is willing to take the knocks and play the long game to purge out the establishment, and has been since the Tea party. You want to run back into the arms of people like Mitch McConnell for what exactly? The occasional R majority where all we get is surrender?

Who is a threat to splinter and flip on the DEMs this session?

Traditional GOP ("RINOs") are not willing to do this.
Patriots are a small voting bloc of possibly only 5 Reps today. They also have 0 Senate seats.

Mitch McConnell is a bad person to cite, considering all the wins he's provided.
Tax cuts, regulatory reform, the Supreme Court...all MM.
Use Romney instead.

The DEMs are currently flipping the narrative that the GOP killing the border deal means they get the blame for the border from here on out.

You are just vomiting your opinions onto the board as if they were widely acknowledged facts from the civilized world that have not yet dripped their way into our country hovels.
Go sell this sanctimonious garbage to people who might actually buy it.
